Gunnard Landers

Biography:

A Wisconsin native, Landers has written a series of novels about undercover game wardens. Landers was born and raised in the Minocqua area; his father was a fishing and hunting guide, his mother was a homemaker with 6 children. Landers served with the 82nd Airborne and in Vietnam in 1968-69 as a First Lieutenant and Rifle Platoon Leader and Company Executive Officer. He worked for 30 years for the State of Wisconsin as a financial analyst and bank examiner while helping to run a 40-horse ranch and writing novels. He had seven novels publishes, including publications in England, Germany, and France.
